- Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
We do not accept returns on opened or used products for safety and hygiene reasons. - Return Process

Pack the product securely in its original packaging.
Ship the return to the address provided by our support team.
Keep the tracking number for reference.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged item received). - Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. - Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order. - Damaged or Incorrect Items
