  1. Eligibility for Returns
    We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date.
    Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
    We do not accept returns on opened or used products for safety and hygiene reasons.
  2. Return Process
    To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

    Pack the product securely in its original packaging.
    Ship the return to the address provided by our support team.
    Keep the tracking number for reference.
    Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged item received).
  3. Refund Process
    Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
    Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.
    Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  4. Exchanges
    We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
  5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
    If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Provide a photo of the product and packaging for verification. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
